With the loss of Democratic challenger Zack Wittkamp, voters may be under the impression that there is no longer a choice in this year’s House of Delegates election in the 94th district. This is not the case. Libertarian candidate Michael Bartley promises to give the incumbent delegate a fair race ahead of November’s election. Bartley, an aerospace engineer and father of two, is focusing his platform on criminal justice reform, educational choice, and the return of personal freedoms.
